A 25% deposit is required for all bookings.
Deposits are non-refundable.
I totally get it, life happens. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please try and give a 24 hour notice.
Hair washing & detangling are included in our prices, so don’t sweat it.
If your wig or bundles need extra prep, (bleached knots, colour, etc.) please arrange to have it sent to me at least 24 hours before your appointment.
